Investigators are examining incidents in the municipalities of Lubenia (Lubenia) and Boguchwała (Boguchwała). A search on 24 October resulted in the seizure of 65 300 złoty, jewellery and electronic equipment; case materials state that victims identified some of the items.
On 26 October, a court in Rzeszów (Rzeszów) ordered three months of pre-trial detention. The suspect denied guilt and declined to provide explanations. His professional position does not remove the presumption of innocence: the court will make the final assessment of the charges.
