Border guards reported the return of a foreigner after repeated violations of order

The border guards executed the decision on the mandatory return of Ukrainian citizen (Ukraina). The basis for the police appeal was repeated violations of public order; Since 2025, the man has been issued 59 fines.

The case was examined by border police officers in Kielce (Kielce). The man was escorted to the Medyka crossing (Medyka) and handed over to the Ukrainian side. A five-year re-entry ban is also reported. The reason for the decision was the violations, and not the lack of housing as such.
