On October 13, employees of the Podlaskie unit of the Border Guard checked the passengers of a regular bus in Ogrodniki (Ogrodniki). Among them was a 62-year-old Ukrainian citizen (Ukraina), whose information was in the Interpol database.
The manhunt relates to cases of alleged embezzlement between 2022 and 2025. After checking, the woman was handed over to the police. The presence of an entry in the database and detention do not mean guilt established by the court or automatic transfer to another state.
