On October 22, in Warsaw, (Warszawa) detained the second suspect in the case of the murder of the artist Robert Kuzovkov, who worked under the pseudonym Semyon Skrepetsky. The arrest was announced by the Homeland Security Agency.
The artist died on June 15 in Biala Podlaska (Biała Podlaska). His public criticism of the Russian authorities is part of the biographical context, but the motive for the murder and the roles of the suspects must be established by the investigation. The detention itself does not allow the political version to be considered proven.
