The government list of legislative works published draft RD344 on the minimum landscape qualities of settlements where a local tax can be introduced. The project is related to the changes provided for from January 1, 2027.
It is proposed to include in the list of grounds not only natural features, but also cultural sites: museums, monuments, amusement parks, sports infrastructure and places of regular events. Accommodation services are also taken into account.
The decision to introduce a fee falls within the competence of the commune council. Therefore, we are not talking about a single automatic payment in all cities: before booking, you need to check the current local decision and the rules of the specific property.
