In the IBRiS survey, 72.5% of respondents supported extending compulsory service or training to women. 24.8% were against, and another 2.7% were undecided. The answers depend on the wording of the question: safety training and recruitment are not equivalent.

However, responses about the format varied: 50.7% supported the participation of women, for example, in medical and logistical tasks, and 21.8% supported the same approach regardless of gender. These shares show differences within overall support for an idea.

A separate Opinia24 poll for RMF FM concerned the return of compulsory service: 46% were in favor, 38% were against, 16% were undecided. This is public opinion data and not a description of the draft rules that have come into force.
