The case after the court decision
In a statement dated 28 October 2026, Poznań prosecutors described the investigation into the death of a 52-year-old man. He was found on 26 October near a pedestrian crossing on Trzebińska Street.
A 48-year-old acquaintance of the victim was charged with murder. Prosecutors say he admitted guilt and gave his own account of events. Those statements do not replace examination of the evidence and a court judgment.
