The Polish Ministry of Finance (Polska) is working on measures against the shadow economy in construction and renovation. The digitalization of tax accounting and tools for registering retail sales are considered.
A survey by UCE RESEARCH and Fachurra revealed cases where customers of repair services did not receive payment documents. However, discussing the problem does not yet mean introducing a new universal requirement to issue an invoice for each repair. Responsibilities are determined by the current rules, the status of the performer and the type of operation.
