National holiday restrictions apply to trucks and vehicle combinations with a gross vehicle weight exceeding 12 tonnes. According to the rules of the Ministry of Infrastructure, on October 31, traffic is prohibited from 18:00 to 22:00, and on November 1 - from 8:00 to 22:00. Buses are not subject to this ban.
It is important to distinguish this from the summer Saturday 8:00–14:00 regime: it cannot be automatically transferred to October 31st. This is exactly the interval that was erroneously indicated in the retold material.
There are exceptions for certain shipments, including rescue and humanitarian operations, certain perishable goods and medicines. Before travelling, you should check to see if your particular shipment is exempt, as well as local road signs and cemetery restrictions.
