Warehouse jobs include order picking, packaging, and other operations. The tasks have different pressures: when picking orders, the pace is often associated with the norm, but on packaging, accuracy and quality are important. The same job title does not guarantee the same conditions.

Before agreeing to a job, it is useful to get in writing the rate, bonus conditions, length of shifts, breaks, cost of housing and transport. A promise “up to a certain amount” does not equal guaranteed earnings. Offers should be compared according to the contract and clear calculations, and not according to the advertising upper limit.
